The consultation makes me feel safe with using the product because you know which products will be good for my skin.

Didn’t realise I was signing up for a repeat prescription, used for two days before coming up in red blotches which I told Skin + Me via a survey. No one followed up with me and have now been charged £25 for number two which will be going straight in the bin. Website not clear that it’s a repeat order you are signing up to, and no check in after saying I had a reaction… not a great experience.

Placed order on 25/01/23 - didn't receive any info on shipment so emailed to check. Was told it was shipped on 28/01/23 but that they would ship another as first one hadn't arrived. Still no sign of order 14 days after order was placed and the support team have told me there have been 2 further shipments. Seems incredibly sketchy as all other mail and orders from different places arriving no problem at all. Support team seem to be sending automatic emails with different dates of shipment.

I was recommended by a friend and couldn’t wait to order my own personal moisturiser. A very straight forward process with easy to answer questions about your skin and lifestyle.
Now I just have to wait for my personalised cream to arrive!

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and still didn’t get any shipping information. I send two emails asking if anything went wrong and didn’t get any answer on either of them

I have just completed my online consultation. I feel all the questions suited my needs and what I was looking to achieve. I am now waiting for my products to arrive. I’m very excited to try after seeing some of the results.

Love this! Haven't received my order yet but just the easiness of the website is great. It so easy to fill out easy to upload photos very straight forward and doesn't miss anything.

I found the experience of using Skin + Me to have been terribly misleading. I initially signed up thinking that the “treatment” was £24.99 all in. I did not realise that there is an additional charge of £30 every 8 weeks for some basic cleanser and moisturiser! The pricing is ridiculous and there is no way any cleanser and moisturiser as basic as this could cost £30 for an 8 week supply, what an absolute rip off! I sincerely hope they cancel my subscription and refund me the money as I don’t find these charges to be acceptable.

Quick and easy to fill in was interesting the questions and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing! Excited for my package to arrive! I’ve already forwarded on the voucher to many friends don’t keep this a secret girls!

Beware. I done the trial. Cancelled the subscription well in advance of the expiry of the trial as it did not suit me at all. Randomly sat on the couch one night this week and Apple Pay comes up saying they have taken £54.99 out of my account. I’ve emailed daily and been ignored.

I'm a bit confused about the process, I suffer from rosacea, which has been diagnosed from GP and unsure if I was given this as an option of my skin issue. I'm unsure if I'm just receiving a trial pack to stay with or an I going to be charged more, need to make sure the product doesn't cause more irritation before committing.

I received my trial set, but I didn’t agree monthly set of cosmetics for which they charged £55 to my card. I emailed hello skinandme.com and still waiting for reply and refund.

Scam!!!! Firstly they charged me £3.50 for some trial which I didn’t receive. Then they charged my account for £54.99!!!!!! without me even trying the product. No customer service line only email! Extremely frustrating. Have cancelled my subscription but nothing regarding the refund of my money as of yet! Not happy and would not recommend.

I have emailed customer support and have not received a reply till date.
